บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำทางเชิงจิตวิญญาณสำหรับนักบวชผู้เตรียมตัวเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาคาทอลิกในประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อทดลองใช้หลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณสำหรับนักบวชผู้เตรียมตัวเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาคาทอลิกในประเทศไทย และ 3) เพื่อปรับปรุงหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณสำหรับนักบวชผู้เตรียมตัวเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาคาทอลิกในประเทศไทย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ตัวอย่างเป็นนักบวชผู้เตรียมตัวเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 32 คน  แบ่งการดำเนินการวิจัยออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การประเมินความต้องการฝึกอบรม ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณสำหรับนักบวชผู้เตรียมตัวเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในประเทศไทย ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การนำหลักสูตรไปทดลองใช้ และขั้นตอนที่ 4 การปรับปรุงหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจ แบบวัดเจตคติ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณสำหรับนักบวชผู้เตรียมตัวเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาคาทอลิกในประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 5 โมดูล ดังนี้  โมดูลที่ 1 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจิตวิญญาณ โมดูลที่ 2 วิสัยทัศน์ โมดูลที่ 3 ความรักที่เห็นแก่ผู้อื่น โมดูลที่ 4 ความหวัง/ความศรัทธา และโมดูลที่ 5 ตัวอย่างความสำเร็จ  2) ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตร พบว่า หลังฝึกอบรมภาวะ ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความรู้ความเข้าใจและเจตคติของภาวะผู้นำ                     เชิงจิตวิญญาณสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรม และผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) ผลการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรที่ได้จากการประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร คือ 1) ขยายเวลาการอบรมจาก 2 วัน เป็น 3 วัน และ 2) จัดทำ PowerPoint ประกอบการบรรยายของวิทยากรเป็น 2 ภาษา

ABSTRACT
The aims of this research were 1) to develop the spiritual leadership training course for the religious preparing to be the catholic school administrator in Thailand, 2) to experiment the training course and 3) to evaluate the result of the training course and improve it. The sample were 32 young religious who preparing themselves to be the catholic school administrator in Thailand. The research stages were: (1) the needs assessment, (2) the development of the training course, (3) the experiment of the training course, and (4) the improvement of the training course.  This is a research and development, and the research methodology were the semi structure interview, the cognitive test and attitude test, and the evaluation form of appropriateness of the training course.
The research findings can be summarized as the followings:
1) The spiritual leadership training course for the religious preparing to be the catholic school administrator in Thailand consisted of 5 modules, namely Module 1: Toward a theory of spiritual leadership, Module 2: Vision, Module 3: Altruistic Love, Module 4: Hope/Faith, and Module 5: Example of success.
2) The results of the experiment showed that after attaining the training course, the religious who are preparing themselves to be the catholic school administrator in Thailand got higher score on cognitive and attitude test, and the overall score of the evaluation was at the highest level at 4.76
3) There was an improvement in the training course by extending the training period from 2 days to 3 days and creating a presentation in PowerPoint of the speakers in 2 languages.
